If you are anything like me, you keep going out to the garden and as if by magic, there is more zucchini to be harvested every day. I've already made countless loaves of zucchini bread, even trying a new chocolate version, and frozen both shredded and sliced zucchini for this winter.
We've eaten zucchini "mock apple" pie, fried zucchini, and stuffed zucchini.
Ok, we are about to enter a burn out phase unless I find some different ways to cook this stuff!! LOL
So here are some recipes that I have come across that I am going to have to give a try.
